The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for the collection and analysis of distress data for the Long Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) Program. The objective of this effort is to collect high resolution pavement distress images and cross- profile images from test sections that are included in the General Pavement Study and Specific Pavement Study of the LTPP Program. These pavement distress images and cross-profile images from these test sections shall be analyzed to determine the distress present, the cross-profile, and the rutting as defined by the "Distress Identification Manual for the LTPP Project", SHRP publication number SHRP-P-338. This requirementis a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement actionutilizing SIC code 8731. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the FHWA.
