The previous announcement has been amended to include the following: (1) The solicitation number has been changed from GS-08P-97-JFC-0000 to GS-08P-97-JFC-0005 please reference this new number on your submission of proposals. (2) The response date for the submission of proposals has been changed from February 4, 1997 to February 6, 1997. (3) CLARIFICATION OF ITEMS (A) Construction Management Services will not be included in A/E Services. (B) Edited copies of PDS will be provided to the short-listed firms. (4) QUESTIONS & ANSWERS (A) Does the submittal need to include both "Lead Designers" and the "A/E Design Firm"? Yes. See paragraph titled "Stage I" -- The first stage will establish the design excellence capabilities of the A/E design firm and it's lead designer. (B) Does the submittal include both Standard Forms 254 and 255? Yes. See paragraph titled "Stage I" -- SF254 (coversheet items 1-9) need tobe completed by each Lead Designer "and the A/E firm".
