The solicitation number is now changed to FOM-02-97. All concerns requesting packages under FOM-09-96 will be provided a solicitation package. The solicitation will be available on or about February 1, 1997. For other interested concerns this is a request for proposal for Reference Laboratory Testing Service for Government Medical Treatment Facilities located within Region 10. The term of the services is for one basic year with four options to extend the services. All concerns submitting an offer is advised to review the entire solicitation with its amendments. All interested, responsible concerns are encouraged to provide a statement of interest, supporting evidence of their capabilities to provide services, address, and point of contact.
