The Health Resources and Services Administration is soliciting proposals to obtain Electrocardiogram (EKG) analysis services at approximately 180 Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Service Provision Centers (SPC) in 50 states and Puerto Rico where FOH conducts physical examinations for Federal employees referred to FOH by their agencies. The anticipated volume of EKG is estimated to be 25,000 in the base year; 27,500 in option year 1; 30,250 option year 2; 33,275 option year 3; and 36,602 in option year 4. This proposed requirement is for one (1) base year of twelve (12) months and four (4) option years of twelve (12) months. All responsible sources my submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. Solicitation will be issued on or about February 18, 1997. Closing date will be on or about March 18, 1997.
