Synopsis No. R010-97. Update and maintain Inventory Tracking System (ITS) data base for RF Technology. This shall include inventorying as needed to maintain accuracy of data base, updating sub-hand receipt process for RF Technology, incorporating corresponding records into the ITS data base. Responsibilities will also include tracking RF Technology turn-ins, calibration items, purchases, and equipment loans, as well as establishing and maintaining data base entries for these items. The contractor shall access and input RF Technology data into other data bases utilized by RF Technology. Gleason Research Associates, Inc. developed the Inventory Tracking System and has the experience and expertise needed for updating this software and maintaining the data bases. From previous experience and because this task involves extending the capability of their software, Gleason Research Associates, Inc. is the only vendor that can perform this requirement.
