Madril, 505-784-2958 Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform general library services as defined in the performance work statement, except as specified in Section C-3 as government-furnished property and services, at Cannon AFB, NM. Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to the following: Administration, Circulation, Education Support, Mission Support, Marketing, Public Relations, and Programming, Reference, Customer and Staff Training, Acquisitions, Automation, including GEAC Advance integrated library system, Cataloging, Technical Processing, and Collection Management. Basic Contract Period will be 1 April 97 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 1997, with three one-year option periods. This proposed procurement is under 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The technically acceptable low offeror award method will be used. Only written request will be accepted. RFP will be issued on or about 19 February 1997 with proposals due on or about 21 March 1997. See Numbered Note 1. (0029)
