Services required include collating, disbinding and photocopying pages onto paper which meets nationally recognized permanence standards. Collation and single-sided or double-sided information will match that of the original. Contractor will follow special instructions for treatment of illustrated material, oversized materials and foldouts. Contractor will bind in accordance with nationally recognized standards. Contractor will return bound, preservation photocopies of volumes as well as the original volumes. Solicitations will be issued on or about 2/20/97.
