The construction and tenant improvements will include the following: demolition of former tenant improvements (ie., walls, ceiling, floors, storefront, and associated plumbing, mechanical and electrical fixtures). The interior improvements will require the construction and installation of walls, flooring, ceilings, storefront, painting, casework fixtures, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and USPS furnished equipment. Construction cost estimate is $150,000 to $250,000. Construction completion time is 90 days from Notice to Proceed.
