Part A: Work includes clearing and grubbing, relocation of existing
utilities, earthwork, concrete paving, site utilities, irrigation
sprinkler system, landscaping, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced
cncrete masonry, structural steel, steel deck, cold-formed metal
framing, metal fabrication, finish carpentry, insulation, preformed
metal roofing, exterior insulation finish system, flashing and sheet
metal, sealants, modified bituminous roofing, steel doors and frames,
aluminum doors and frame, wood doors aluminum windows, finish hardware,
glazing, metal support system, gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustical
treatment, resilient flooring, carpeting, painting, building
specialties, vertical blinds, HVAC equipment, controls, and ducting,
plumbing, interior wiring and lighting, exterior lighting and
incidental related work complete and ready for use. Part B: The work
includes clearing and grubbing, relocation of existing utilities,
earthwork, concrete paving, site utilities, irrigation sprinkler
system, landscaping, installation of government furnished playground
equipment, cast-in-place concrete, architectural concrete slab topping,
reinforced concrete masonry, structural steel, steel deck, cold-formed
metal framing, metal fabrication, rough carpentry, finish carpentry,
insulation, preformed metal roofing, exterior insulation finish system,
flashing and sheet metal, sealants, modified bituminous roofing, steel
doors and frames, aluminum doors and frame, wood doors, aluminum
windows, finish hardware, glazing, metal support system, gypsum board,
ceramic tile, acoustical treatment, resilient flooring, carpeting,
painting, building specialties, blinds, HVAC equipment, controls, and
ducting, plumbing, interior wiring and lighting, exterior lighting and
incidental related work complete and ready for use. -- The estimated
cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. -- Firm Fixed Price
Contract. -- Contract duration is 270 calendar days. -- Bids will be
considered from all responsible sources. -- This project is
unrestricted. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1542 and the annual
size standard is $17 million. -- It is recommended the subcontracting
plan goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged
Business subcontracting effort. -- NOTE: Plans and specs will not be
mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office. Please
call Plan Issue at (619) 532-2082 for the fee to be charged for all
plans and specs. -- Solicitation packages may be acquired in person
from Plan Issue or by mail. -- Telephone requests will not be accepted.
-- Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing stating
solicitation number N68711-96-R-2105, complete name, address, area code
and phone number and whether bidding as a prime/subcontractor/supplier.
-Plan holders lists will not be faxed. -- Mail requests to Southwest
Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (Plan Issue), Building

payable to DEFENSE PRINTING SERVICE. -- NOTE: Requests WILL NOT be
processed until your check has been received by this office. -- Fees
are not refundable. -- Submit one (1) check per project. --
Solicitation packages are limited to two (2) sets per prime and one (1)
per subcontractor/supplier. -- Plans and specifications will be
