Lord (309) 782-8564 (Site Code DAAA08) Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material for performing all operations in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications for the Painting Indefinite Quantity Contract. The work to be performed includes the following features but not limited to these: 1. Prepare surfaces to be painted and finished; 2. Install vinyl wall covering; 3. Perform painting and finishing in administrative, industrial, and family housing areas; 4. Surfaces to be painted and finished include doors, windows, trim, floors, pipes, walls, ceiling, cabinets, etc. The work will be organized as batch jobs initiated by delivery orders. The general outline of the principal features does not in any way limit the responsibilities of the contractor to perform the work under this contract. COST RANGE: Between $25,000 -- $100,000, TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Construction, DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: Performance period is one year from date of award with two one year options.
