Michael Dodd, Code SEA02522, (703)602-7900 ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to procure AN/SPS-49A(V)1 Radar Mod Kits and applicable support effort/items which includes interim and INCO spares, field engineering services, provisioning item orders and associated technical data, and other data to fulfill FY97 through FY99 requirements. The FY97 through FY99 requirements are as follows: twelve (12) mod kits and applicable support effort/items in FY97; seven (7) mod kits and applicable support effort/items in FY98; and six (6) mod kits and applicable support effort/items in FY99. NAVSEA intends to procure the above requirements from Raytheon Electronic Systems, 528 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA 01776-3375, the original designer and developer, and the only known source for the AN/SPS-49 Radar.
