MODIFICATION -- This requirement was originally publicized in the CBD dated 19 Jun 96 under Invitation for Bid (IFB) Number DAAJ09-96-B-0053. The purpose of this modification is to cancel IFB DAAJ09-96-B-0053 and to provide notification that this requirement is being resolicited under Request for Quotation Number DAAJ09-97-Q-0651. This modification also changes the competitive environment from a 100% small business set aside and will now allow large and small busines concerns to compete.
