99 -- SEASONAL DECORATIONS KITS AND WRAPS SOL DECA01-97-B-0017 DUE 051397 POC Contract Specialist Fay Thompson (804) 734-8599 (Site Code DECA01) Furnish seasonal paper decoration kits and corrugated display counterwraps for ten seasons: Christmas, Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall, Halloween, Patriotic, Valentine, Easter, and Thanksgiving. Decoration kits and counterwraps are to be delivered to commissary locations throughout the Continental United States with multiple delivery schedules according to the season. All ten seasons of decoration kits and counterwraps for use by locations Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) are to be delivered together by September 15, 1997. A total of approximately 13,472 kits and 29,513 counterwraps per season are required for the various locations. Evaluation of bid will be on an "ALL OR NONE BASIS". A firmed fixed price type contract is comtempated. Solicitation is to be issued on an unrestricted basis. Period of performance is the base year and one option year. Estimated date of issuance of the solicitaiton is March 27, 1997. Estimated closing date of the solicittion is April 29, 1997.
