C -- OPEN-ENDED CIVIL A/E SERVICES DUE 022897 POC Jolette M. Cole A/E Services are required for Civil discipline services to provide a master contract for open-ended services as required by necessary site work, necessary detail drawings and reproduction expenses, accurate cost estimates and construction period services. Design submissions to be scheduled at 25%, 75% and 99%. Updated as-built drawings are to be submitted on mylar and on Autocad V.12 compatible high density diskettes. Contract period will be for one year beginning with the date of award with two optional years, but the total cost of the contract will not exceed $450,000. Tasks will be directed by individual issued delivery orders. The dollar limit of individual orders issued under the contract will not exceed $75,000. This is not a request for proposal and solicitation documents are not available. This procurement is set aside for emerging small business in North and South Carolina only. To qualify as an emerging small business a firms average annual receipts for each of the three preceding fiscal years can not exceed one-half of the SIC code for this procurement: 8712. The emerging small business not to exceed amount is $1,250,000.00. An announcement for these same services was erroneously issued in July 1996 setting the procurement aside for small business. That ad/procurement is cancelled. Interested firms who qualify are invited to submit SF 254's and 255's to Contracting Officer named herein no later than 2/28/97.
