Contractor will be required to conduct informal EEO complaint counseling which will include, but is not limited to, interviewing the complaint, identifying potential opportunities for resolution of the complaint, and reporting back to the appropriate EEO Government official. Counseling sessions may be conducted on site, at the contractor's facility, or other reasonable locations mutually agreeable to the complainant and the counselor. Services are to be performed at the Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC), Port Hueneme, CA. Contract will be for a base year with four, 1-year options.
