This work also includes building excavation, structural backfill, foundation construction (excluding floor slab), HVAC, lighting, electrical, miscellaneous plumbing. In addition, a septic tank-soil absorption system will be constructed to provide for future wastewater treatment for the facility. The project site is located at the Ouray National Fish Hatchery approximately 30 miles southeast of Vernal Utah. Solicitations will be available o/a March 14, 1997. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The contract period of performance will be 150 calendar days from the contractors receipt of the notice to proceed, which will be issued o/a June 2, 1997.
