Project is located approximately 15 miles southeast of Lincoln City, Oregon in the Siuslaw National Forest. Work shall be completed by July 31, 1997. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
