Earthwork consists of excavation for ponds, structures, drainage and the access road; stone slope protection and other miscellaneous and appurtenant construction. This solicitation was previously issued and indefinitely postponed. An amendment to the solicitation will be issued around 25 February 1997, to update specifications and to reestablish the date for receipts of bids. Any firm that has not previously ordered plans and specifications may do so by sending a check or money order in the amount of $42.50 for half-scale or $85.00 for full scale and made payable to FAO, USAED, ORD.
