NORTON (205) 235-6629 (Site Code DAAC01) Contractor shall be responsible for providing all plant, labor, material, equipment and a portable cellular telephone for performing the work for the installation of occupancy sensors in various buildings (restrooms and break areas) in the east and west areas. The work includes installing 112 each wall switch replacement ultrasonic occupancy sensors and 203 each ceiling mounted ultrasonic occupancy sensors complete with necessary wiring and relays. Sensors are to be installed mostly in the restrooms, but sometime they may be installed in break or other type rooms. All work shall be done complete, in strict accordance with the specifications and the applicable drawings consisting of plan # IE-002-96. The contractor shall remove all debris, scrap material, trash, etc., from the job site daily and transport to disposal area. Contractor shall arrange work so as to keep interruption and interference with depot operations to an absolute minimum. Estimated magnitude of project is between $25,000. and $100,000. One Job: Job is to be performed at the Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Al 36201, Work will not be done in Ammo Limited Area or Chemical Limited Area. Completion time to be within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
