Provide surface preparation and exterior paint of building porches in accordance with specifications. The building will be occupied. This will be a firm fixed price lump sum type contract. Completion period is 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $17 million. The standard industrial code (SIC) for this acquisition is 1542. IFB is to be issued o/a 4 Mar 97. All requests for this IFB shall be in writing and reference DABT19-97-B-0006. There is a charge for the solicitation documents. A certified check or money order made payable to the "U.S. Treasury" in the amount of $30.00 shall accompany the request.
