This is an indefinite quantity design/build contract and shall provide for the award of individual Task Orders, for the accomplishment of various design/build construction projects for the Navy Public Works Center customers. Most of our projects are within 150 miles of the Public Works Center, but occasionally may be located elsewher in the Mid-Atlantic area. There will be multiple awards from this soliciation. Taks Orders will be awarded under this contract considering such factors as, but no limited to, price, ability to meet schedules, quality of deliverables, and past performance. The estimated cost range for each delivery order is between $100,000 and $2,000,000. A minimum of $100,000 is guaranteed to each awardee. The basic contract period shall be for twelve months with options. Total period of performance shall not exceed thirty six months. The maximum allowable work to be ordered under each term or option is $3,000,000 for a total not to exceed $9,000,000. This is a competitive negotiation requiring the submission of technical proposals. Award(s) of this contract will be made considering price, past performance, technical/management, and subcontract plan. The following are subfactors of the technical/managament factor: (a) relevant experience, (b) staffing plan, (c) corporate management support, and (d) subcontractor management capabilities.
