The Ships'Bunkers branch of Defense Fuel Supply Center is holding three, one-day Preproposal Conferences for RFP SP0600-97-R-0013 (issued 30 January 1997) in support of bunker fuel requirements for various overseas locations. Locations of these conferences are scheduled as follows: Miami, Florida (USA), Monday February 24, 1997. London, England (UK) Thursday February 27, 1997. Washington, DC (USA) Monday March 3, 1997. All interested parties are invited to attend the conference(s) of your choice. Each conference will further discuss the Government's initiatives concerning commercial practices, centralized payments of ships' bunkers invoices and changes to solicitation-contracting procedures.
