Swanson, Contract Specialist, (615) 454-7841 This procurement is for a horizontal axis shell-and-tube liquid nitrogen vaporizers, complete with shell insulation and steel support legs. The vaporizer will use 388 degrees F steam at 200 psig to convert liquid nitrogen at 5,000 psig and -320 degrees F to gaseous nitrogen at 70 degrees F. The flow rate for the steam is approximately 800 lb/hr, and the liquid nitrogen flow rate is 4,500 lb/hr. Quantity -- 2 each. Delivery to Arnold AFB, TN, will be 120 days from contract award.
