B -- MOBILE LABORATORY ANALYSIS OF SOIL AND WATER SOL N63387-96-B-4704 DUE 031397 POC Contact David Welch, Contract Specialist at (619) 556-0612 The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary to perform chemical, physical and biological analysis of soil and ground water samples for possible contamination with gasoline, diesel, kerosine, jet fuel, stoddard solvents, waste oil and other contaminates to determine the concentrations of each and provide analysis reports for each to the Environmental Department, Navy Public Works Center, located at the 32nd Street Naval Station, San Diego. The laboratory analysis of soil and groundwater shall be obtained on site via Mobile Laboratory unit and Off Site at the Contractors Laboratory. This will be an Indefinite Quantity type contract. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Solicitations will not be mailed to firms with a twenty mile radius of the issuing office.
