This is an indefinite delivery contract for curation and collection management services for Native American Graves and Protection and Repatriation ACT (NAGPRA) and 36 CFR 79, the U.S. North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana. The proposed modification is to add to the contract the provision of curation services as specified in the original contract for other DOD agencies, other Federal agencies, and State and local agencies in addition to the currently specified "Army and Corps of Engineer Archaeological Collections within the Middle Region of the U.S." All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
