Furnish all parts, labor, material, and transportation necessary to maintain ROLM 9000, 8000, Newbridge Multiplexer, and Phonemail for a system wired for 3360 ports at the VA Medical Center, 1660 S. Columbian Way Seattle, WA. Additional work to include moves adds and changes (separately priced from the maintenance) as needed. Contract will be for a base year with options for an additional two years. There is currently no DPA for the Option Periods. Contractor FSE must be ROLM certified and furnish proof of certification as outlined in the Solicitation. The VA is currently paying $6,400.00 per month for maintenance of the Rolm 9000 and 8000 switch. This is a re-solicitation of 663-17-97 which was canceled. Anyone who requested a copy of 663-17-97 will be sent a copy of this solicitation. This is a commercial item acquisition, IAW FAR part 5.203(a), the solicitation will be issued 2 days after this announcement appears in the CBD.
