Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, plant, labor, equipment, utilities and supervision, except certain GFE, to operate, maintain and repair four highway drawbridges, three navigation locks, three water control spillways, 38.8 miles of canal waterway, all real property facilities, and 3,197.58 acres of land owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, known as the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway (AIWW). This is an Unrestricted Procurement. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8744, $3.5 Million. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Government anticipates award of a one-year contract with options for four additional one-year periods. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is expected to be issued on or about 3 March 1997. A Preproposal Conference is anticipated on this project; date and time will be forthcoming.
