The Contractor shall be responsible for developing strategy, policy, and operational options, negotiating and coordinating their approval within the United States Government and internationally, and overseeing their implementation. The grade classification is equivalent to a Civil Service GS-14. Only individuals (U.S. Citizens) capable of receiving a Department of State security clearance, may apply.
