(Site Code DACA05) Indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract for an estimated 100 properties located within a 35-mile radius of March Air Force Base vicinity, Riverside and San Bernardino counties, for a period not to exceed one year. Services shall include inspection of properties, notification of authorities, utilities and homeowners associations, lawn service, cleaning, pool/spa maintenance, minor construction repairs, and payment of utilities and homeowners association dues. Brokerage services such a placement of signs, lockboxes, MLS listings may be included. The vicinity of concern will be divided into two geographic regions (north/ south) to be bid separately. Up to two indefinite delivery contracts will be awarded, but each region will have only one contractor performing services. A pre-bid conference will be held for all interested parties.
