Services will include building management, operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment/electrical equipment, custodial, architectural/structural and sustaining maintenance/repairs, reimbursable building alteration services and energy management systems. The initial contract period is for one (1) year and the Government shall have the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) additional, consecutive, periods of one (1) year each. Service under the anticipated awarded contract is scheduled to start on July 31, 1997. No bonding is required for this acquisition.
