The period of performance is for a base and one option period that may consist of 1 to 12 months. The services required include change of occupancy maintenance/custodial services, grounds maintenance, refuse collection/disposal, pest control/fumigation and various minor construction repairs to structures. Bidders are required to provide the necessary management to schedule and monitor services ranging from routine change of occupancy maintenance to after hours emergency trouble calls.
