Basic contract period will be 1 June 1997 through 31 May 1998 with four one-year option periods to renew. Machines to be furnished, maintained, and relocated include two full size, solid state pinball machines, two crane merchandise machines, seven driving/interactive machines (Dayton 500, Motorcycle Racer, etc.) and two $1.00 electric bill changers. All machines are to be manufactured since 1 January 1995. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve Federal tax dollars. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by this agency. A small business is defined as a concern, including its affiliates whose annual average sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years does not exceed $5.0 million (SIC Code 7993).
