Building 216 is a two story building with mezzanine totaling approximately 11,750 total square feet. Building 302 is a two story building with approximately 10,600 square feet. Renovation includes, but is not be limited to, demolition of existing ground floor slabs, demolition of interior partitions, repair and replacement of building interior and exterior pile systems, new architectural interior finishes, installation of fire protection systems, installation of hydraulic elevators, building HVAC piping, plumbing, and electrical systems, coordination of public utility services, connection to utilities, and associated sitework improvements installation of Government furnished equipment, and abatement of asbestos and lead containing materials. The work also includes demolition of one (1) concrete aqua cell. Completion time for this project is 400 calendar days. This is a total small business set-aside. SIC code 1542 applies. Estimated construction cost is from $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Specifications and bid documents will be available on or about February 27, 1997.
