The building will have approximately 28,335 gross SF of floor space and 4,580 SF of covered exterior area. Construction features include concrete slab on grade with concrete spread footings, structural steel frame, metal stud exterior walls with brick veneer, metal roof deck with modified bitumen built-up roof, plumbing, HVAC & electrical systems, site improvements including chain fencing, landscaping with irrigation system, CCTV, security system, utilities, and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $2,500,000 and $3,000,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
