REPAIR AT GROUP LA/LB CORONA DEL MAR, CA. To request a bid package
please fax your request to (510)535-7288. Provide all labor, material,
and equipment necessary to demolish the existing, fixed pier and
install a new floating pier at Group, LA/LB Corona Del Mar, CA. Work
includes but is not limited to the following:(a) Remove and dispose of
existing timber pier structure and associated facilities; (b)
fabricate and install a new concrete floating pier with foam filled
fendering system;(c) fabricate and install piling system to secure the
floating pier system;(d) fabricate and install new utilities, such as
potable water, lightings and electrical shoreties; and (e) fabricate
and install new landing platform and gangway. Estimated cost of this
procurement is between $250,000 to $500,000. SIC Code for this
procurement is 1799. Performance period is 150 calender days after
receipt of Notice to Proceed. Small Business size standard is small if
its average annual receipts for its preceeding 3 fiscal years do not
exceed $7 million. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION BEING SOLICITED
AND AWARDED UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION

capital and bonding assistance for transportation-related contracts.
Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at
prime interest rates up to $500,000 per contract to provide accounts
receivable financing. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms
to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $500,000 per
contract. DOT provides and 80 percent guaranty on the bond amount to a
