Each room is approximately 175 square feet and includes walls, ceilings, doors, electrical power, lighting and HVAC. These rooms shall accommodate telephone remote modules to be installed by others. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The SIC Code is 1541 with a size standard of $17 million.
