Also a wet pipe sprinkler system will be installed and incidental related work. The requirement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 195 days after receipt of award. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
