Written requests must be received in the office of the Officer in Charge of Construction no less than five (5) working days prior to bid opening if you want the bidding data mailed. If your check is received less than five (5) working days prior to bid opening, we will attempt to contact you and afford you the opportunity to pick up a bid package.
