The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for preparation of asbestos contaminated surfaces, application of paint on interior surfaces; refinishing of certain wood cabinets, repairs to walls and ceilings; and incidental related work. All work shall be performed in accordance with OSHA 1926.62. Indefinite quantity contract to be awarded for a period of one year with a guaranteed minimum of 8%. Estimated cost range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. A subcontracting plan is required if the contract is awarded to a large business. The proposed contract is unrestricted, the size standard for which a concern, including its affiliates, having sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $7,000,000.
