Ryan,206/220-4688 Provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment and tools necessary for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities in th e following area: King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Whatcom Counties in the State of Washington. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract(s) with t he ability to perform associated design services for contruction projects rangin g from approximately $2000 to $500,000. The estimated cost of contruction for a given year to be performed under the contract(s) awarded as a result of this so licitation is approximately $1,250,000. Offerors will be evaluated using the sou rce selection procedures/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation. Th e Government may make multiple awards and estimates to make three awards under t he subject solicitation. Individual delivery orders exceeding $2,000 may be com peted among the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems ot herwise on an individual task order basis. Each conatractwill include pricec l ine items. Individual delivery orders may be issued solely on the basis of the line item prices, however, it is expected that the majority of the delivery ord ers will include work that is not covered by line items. These delivery orders will be offered on a competitive basis to each contractor awarded a contract. T he contracts will be for a one year base period with four (4) one year unilatera l options on the part of the Government. The requirement is being solicited thr ough full and open competition.
