The government intends to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Brandywine Communications for the following: 1. ISA-SYNCCLOCK 16 Synchronizable Clock for ISA bus to include the following standard features: 16 bit zero latency time interface, external time tag with 100ns resolution, match time register, programmable heartbeat rate, external 10Mhz oscillator, synchronizes to external time code or 1PPS. To also include the following SYN options: external 5/10 MHZ frequency input, jumper selectable (-SYN option), time tag input, reads BCD time code IAW ICD-GPS-060, compatible with BCD time code output from TFD8000, generates heartbeat rate 16.1kpps to 100kpps in 100 pps steps (-SYN option).
