This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Hughes Aircraft, PO Box 3310, MSF 313, Ground Systems Group, Building 675, Fullerton, CA 92634 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 1 Radar Processor Spare Parts Kit consisting of; Elma Model 12 250W Power Supply, Synergy SV4423T/ECOM-NS4 SCSI & Serial Board, ISC X-Cell 192C218 Graphic Board, Seagate ST 5660N SCSI Drive, Synergy SV4413S/Eser-T-C Transition Module. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Hughes Aircraft because these spare parts are the only ones in the market that are compatible and interchangeable with the Hughes Radar Processors.
