The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Decom Systems, Incorporated to avoid significant incompatibility and interchangeability with the equipment used in the carts the DSI 7103 decommutator must be used. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft DIvision, Patuxent River, Maryland within 90 days after contract award.
