Landry, Contracting Officer, (405)442-3604 SUPPLIES: Contractor shall furnish assorted individually wrapped pastry items to the Fort Sill, Oklahoma Dining Facilities during the period of 1 August 1997 through 31 July 1998. Pastry items to be furnished are: Assorted sweet rolls, fresh, high commercial grade, estimated quantity -- 161,000; Assorted individually wrapped or boxed fruit filled pies, 3-5 oz. each, minimum of 3 flavors, estimated quantity -- 8,420; Assorted cakes, individually wrapped or boxed, 3-5 oz. each, minimum of 6 assortment, estimated quantity -- 23,300; Fruit cakes, sliced, fresh, ready-to-eat, minimum 16 ounces each, estimated quantity -- 320. Any resulting contract(s) will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. Proposed contract(s) will be Indefinite-Quantity contract(s). Deliveries shall be made three times per week to approximately 17 buildings. Facilities/plant where food items are manufactured are required to pass an Army Veterinary Services inspection prior to award of a contract. The estimated issue date is 7 March 1997.
