A -- TRI-SERVICE RADIATION TEST FACILITY (TRTF) OPERATIONS AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT CONTRACT POC Tanya Stasiuk, Negotiator, (703) 325-5029, Scott G. Morton, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-1200. The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) plans to award a sole source contract to University of Dayton Research Institute. The purpose of this effort is to have continued operations and technical support at the Tri-Service Radiation Test Facility (TRTF) located at Wright Patterson AFB to perform materials evaluation tests and support development of improved thermal simulation test capability. This effort also includes supporting the preparation of equipment and test data for transport to Kirtland AFB, NM. The operations contractor will also maintain the facility in the highest state of readiness between tests for a period of two months and then prepare the equipment and test data for shipment with subsequent facility closure.
