Concerns having the ability for providing a Residential Community Correctons Center facility for male and female Federal Offenders. Those individuals having the capability to provide this service shall give written notification to the contracting office listed in this notice (including phone number and point of contact). Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Lexington, Kentucky area. Estimated number of mandays are 12,150 (10,935 male and 1,215 female) for the base period, 6,257 mandays (5,633 male and 624 female) for option year 1, 6,382 mandays (5,745 male and 637 female) for option year 2, and 6,509 mandays (5,860 male and 649 female) for option year 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 03/07/97. Estimated closing date is o/a 05/07/97. Contract base period is two years with three one year options to renew.
