Anderson, (former USN PG-86 Antelope). The work shall be performed in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations governing this project . The work shall be performed by persons trained, knowledgeable, licensed and qualified in drydocking, overhaul and maintenance of a OSV. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be ready for issuance around February 18, 1997. This is a small business set-aside. The size standard for a small business is 1,000 employees or less.
