Q -- PROVIDE RADIOLOGY SERVICES SOL RFP 543-14-97 DUE 032497 POC Sheilah Sharon, Contract Specialist 573-499-1325 Provide interventional radiology services for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, Missouri 65201, for a period of one year with two additional one-year options. This is for complete performance of angiography, angioplasty, venography, neuro radiology and interventional radiology services. Typical procedures would include aortogram with runoff, 4-vessel cerebral angiograms, visceral angiograms, peripheral angiograms, myelograms, upper and lower extremity venograms, fluoro and CT guided biopsies and drainage procedures, stent and shunt placement procedures. The complete performance of procedures includes pre-operative evaluation, obtaining a valid consent, ordering or arranging for pre-operative labs, performance of the procedures, writing the required post-operative medical record notes, dictation and verification of the radiology report. Services will be provided during normal duty hours plus on an as needed basis for evening, nights, weekends, and holidays. A firm fixed price contract will be solicited.
