N -- INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT IN THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER AT NAVAL STATION, EVERETT, EVERETT, WASHINGTON Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction intends to award a sole source contract modification to Yun's Company Incorporated to provide and install air conditioning equipment in an existing building, the Child Development Center at Naval Station Everett at Everett, Washington. Work includes retrofit of existing ventilation/control system to correct ventilation inadequacies and comply with OPNAV requirements. Integration of controls into existing system by other sources would null existing warranty and latent defect stipulations in the original contract performed by YUN's Company Incorporated.
