The services required may include review of supporting data submitted by the construction contractor or referenced in daily inspection reports, review of quality control reports, review of contract correspondence, review of contract plans and specifications, review of bid item payment quality computations, review of job progress schedules (Gantt charts and network type), development of "as-built" network job schedules, and preparation of final reports with recommendations and position documentation. Contract to start July 26, 1997 and end July 25, 1998 with 4 option years. An advanced non-refundable fee of $6.00 is required for each solicitation.
